Refund policy

All sales are final.

Due to the limited nature of our drops, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. Please review product details, sizing, and descriptions carefully before completing your purchase.

Exchanges are accepted only in the case of a verified defect or damage upon arrival. If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Once approved, we will offer an exchange for the same item, subject to availability. If the item is no longer available, store credit may be issued at our discretion.

Inertia is not responsible for normal wear and tear, damage caused by improper care, or sizing issues.
